- Nerd Herd Four Eyes Protection Package provides you with hassle-free computer maintenance. Our top of the line service will allow you to save your hard earned money on computer repair services as well as keep your computer up-to-date with the latest protection software. Available exclusively through Nerd Herd
- New Computer - You'll never have to worry about reading the manual because our trained technicians will take care of setting up your new computer along with personalizing it to fit your needs. This setup includes the New Computer package and Configuration package, as well as, removal of unnecessary software.
- Existing Computer - Our techs will take your computer and transform it into a reliable fast working machine; removing any malicious software and clutter that keeps it from operating at its fullest potential.
- This package includes remote** quarterly maintenance appointments. These appointments will include virus removal, virus software updates, spyware and malicious program removal, critical updates, clutter clean up and performance tweaks.
- Nerd Herd will provide all of these services for a full year at one low cost.
New and Existing Computer: $240 for first year, $100 each year thereafter

** - Nerd Herd will be logging into your computer through a remote service that's safe and easy. During quartrly maintance the technician will be available by phone to answer any and all of your questions.

- - Getting your computer to communicate with other computers or devices is tricky if you don't know what you're doing. Not to worry, our guys will come to you and do all the hard work and we'll make sure your network is secure and exclusively for your home's use only.

- Nerd Herd and the Technician are not responsible for any and all charges assessed by the Broadband/DSL internet service provider
- PC must be installed and functioning prior to the Technician's arrival
- Phone and network jacks must be made available and located in the same room as the work being completed within reach of on-hand cabling
- Technician is not responsible for providing any inside cabling or wiring services
- We know how frustrating it can be when your computer, whether it's up-to-date or not, runs out of memory, doesn't display video correctly or has poor sound quality. That's why we do what we do. Nerd Herd techs can upgrade your machine to keep up with the ever changing system requirements.
- Installation of one of the following, but not limited to; hard drive, graphic card, sound card, wireless and wired Ethernet adapter, memory (ram), etc....
- Installation of one piece of software

* - Hardware device as well as drivers must be compatible with operating system
* - If data backup is required to upgrade operating system a $50.00 fee will be added to package price.

- Nerd Herd and the Technician are not responsible for any conflicts that may occur with hardware drivers or applications due to software installation
